YCM retains operational records for periods appropriate to event administration, finance, communications, safety, historical results and legitimate record keeping.

Operational records

Inscription and application records may be retained while they are needed to administer the relevant edition and related follow-up.

Historical race records

Published results, certificates and event archives may be preserved as part of the historical record of the event.
