Refund, transfer, deferral and cancellation rules depend on the published conditions for the relevant event edition or purchase.

Inscription changes

Requests are reviewed against the terms published for the applicable event. A request is not approved until YCM confirms it in writing.

Événement changes

If circumstances require a material event change, YCM will publish the available options through its official channels.

Boutique orders

Merchandise returns are governed separately by the Politique de retour de la boutique.
